Title: Landscape Designer/Sales Representative

The Landscape Designer/Sales Representative is a dual-role position that combines creative landscape design with sales responsibilities. The primary goal is to create aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces that meet client needs while driving sales growth for the company. This role requires a balance of artistic vision, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver comprehensive design solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as our client’s primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of
work.
• Develop creative and practical landscape designs, incorporating plants, hardscapes, water features, and other elements.
• Use design software (e.g., Dynascape) to create detailed plans and visualizations.
• Present design proposals, including detailed plans, cost estimates, and timelines to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
• Follow up with client post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for future work or referrals.
Required Experience/Skills: -3 years minimum experience in landscape design
-Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, landscape design, or a related field is preferred.
-Proficiency in landscape design.
-Strong understanding of horticulture, environmental regulations, and sustainable design practices.
-Excellent communication and client management skills.
-Ability to create detailed plans.
